The customer service this Budget Inn provides is exceptional. Not sure what management the negative reviewers dealt with, but the management I encountered was an Indian family, and they did a great job at customer satisfaction. After a long flight from the East Coast to La Puente, I was greeted cordially by the lady manager who gave me very helpful pointers on where I can get what in the area. We had an enjoyable conversation, On the second day, I checked out and needed a place to store my baggage for a long time. I asked for storage service, and even though they didn't offer it, they allowed me to keep the baggage in their office. I told them I'll keep the baggage till 5pm. At 5pm, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to extend storage to 7pm. I was embarrassed to ask for an extension because they were already doing me a big favor by agreeing to let me use their office as storage space. To my surprise, they granted me the extension. Throughout the course of my interactions with the management, the managers were courtesy, friendly and empathetic. I highly recommend this Budget Inn because there aren't many lodging options out there that can offer equally great prices and customer service.

This hotel is chill, they will go out of their way to accommodate you with what they have available. They also have snacks available in the hotel lobby. The Budget Inn has safe rooms for everyone and replacement keys are given without a hassle.

I was very uneasy about staying here with my family because of all of the reviews I've read but had no other options for all of Labor Day weekend as all other hotels were completely booked! We came here and ended up being very pleased with the staff and most importantly the rooms. I literally checked the mattresses and sheets. Completely white and clean and very comfortable too. My 8 month old took plenty of naps during our stay. They have on-demand t.v. and soooo many channels. Good kids stuff and great choice of movies on HBO. Deposit was given right back after the room was checked. No issues. They have an ice machine downstairs and even a laundry room. Shopping center right across and food all down Hacienda. I definitely will be coming back here with my little family. Only downside is not every room has a microwave but staff is very accommodating and willing to help solve that one little issue.

After using comparable motels in the area, I have to say budget has the best room and price that I found. They have a friendly staff and a more than willing to accommodate your needs. The room was clean modern and a little larger than I expected. I was able to sleep though the night little or no outside noises. Amenities include flat screen television a couch an extra large bathroom with extra large shower, and outside an ice machine Coke machine. They also offer reasonable weekly rates.
